for Family Living Awards, held by Washington area builders.

59 unit condominium building in Washington, DC won the Best in Show
award for bringing to Washington a true loft style product.
HONORABLE MENTION, Mid-Rise Apartment Complex:
The Hudson Apartments. This boutique building in Washington brought
high-end finishes to the rental market. The use of steel members,
scored concrete & other loft-style finishes makes it a very unique
choice for Washington’s rental market.

The Edgemoor Condominium in Bethesda, MD took high-end finishes to a
new level. The building features bold, traditional finishes that

nominations from communities in Suburban Maryland, Northern
Virginia, and the District of Columbia based on a combination of
design excellence, value, and overall quality of living.
Judges included architects, builders, marketing
experts and developers who specialize in new home communities. Teams
traveled throughout the region during July and August to evaluate
the entries, which were announced at a gala dinner presentation
attended by 1,000 guests at the Ritz Carlton Tyson’s Corner.

has been given to builders of single-family houses, townhouses, and
multi-family apartments and condominiums for excellence in design.
