Washington DC: PN Hoffman announced today that Union Row, one of its current projects, was named the winner for Best New Loft Condominium Community at the 17th annual Pillars of the Industry Conference. The 2008 National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards are presented annually to honor excellence in multifamily development, marketing, and management. These national awards are among the most esteemed in the multifamily housing industry. Thousands of entries were received from developments throughout the United States. Union Row, PN Hoffman’s largest development to date, is located at 2125 14th Street, NW. Completed in 2007, the development consists of two sections: The Flats, a large mid-rise building consisting of 208 loft-style condominiums and The Warehouses, comprised of two converted warehouse structures containing 59 townhome style units, with multiple levels of living space. A few select residences remain for sale. “We are extremely honored that our properties are recognized on a national level against such strong competition,” said Monty Hoffman, founder and CEO of PN Hoffman. “Union Row is a truly unique and innovative development in the transforming U Street Corridor and I am proud that our team is being recognized for all of the hard work that went into making it a reality.” Two other PN Hoffman properties were also selected as finalists in their respective categories: Chase Point Condominium for Best High-Rise Condominium Community and The Condominiums at Carlyle Square for Best New Loft Condominium category. Since 1993, PN Hoffman has been developing extraordinary upscale condominium residences and mixed-use projects helping transform neighborhoods in Washington, D.C. The Company is deeply committed to serving the communities of Washington and has completed over 30 developments in the District since its inception. Media Contacts:
