Two PN Hoffman Properties Named as Delta Associates Winners

Washington, DC: PN Hoffman announced today that two of its condominium buildings, Chase Point and The Alta at Thomas Circle, are recipients of the 2007 Delta Associates Mid-Atlantic Awards for Excellence.

Chase Point received the overall award for Best Mid-Atlantic Condominium Community. The criteria for this award include innovative design and features, prime location, above average sales pace and prices, and an exceptional marketing program.

The Alta was named Green Condominium of the Year. This is the first year that Delta Associates has had this category. This award shares many criteria with the Best Mid-Atlantic Condominium Community, but judges also look for LEED certification and environmentally friendly features throughout the development.

This in the third year in which PN Hoffman properties have been named Delta Associates award winners.
