DMPED selected the PN Hoffman team to develop Waterfront Station II, a 59,000-square-foot lot at 1000 Fourth Street, SW. The redevelopment plans include a 400,000-square-foot, mixed-use community of 456 units – 319 market-rate and 137 affordable – in addition to 20,000 square feet of retail and a 9,000 -square-foot theatre space. The entire development is designed to achieve LEED Gold.
