DMPED selected the PN Hoffman team to develop Waterfront Station II, a 59,000-square-foot lot at 1000 Fourth Street, SW. The redevelopment plans include a 400,000-square-foot, mixed-use community of 443 units – 310 market-rate and 133 affordable – in addition to 20,000 square feet of retail and a 10,000-square-foot theatre space. The entire development is designed to achieve LEED Gold.
