In the past, we have worked with numerous agents and have formulated a company policy regarding broker participation. In order to be eligible for broker participation the following procedures must be followed:

The sales agent must bring the client into the office and register them as a client. (Please download the Broker Registration Form from this page and bring to your first visit.)

The sales agent must accompany their client to the sales office for all meetings (with the exception of the selection appointments).

In order for us to maintain the highest quality of service, please call us to schedule a preview appointment with your client. Applicability of brokerage fees varies, so please read registration forms below, but for all properties, no brokerage fee is paid during the initial releases of new properties.
