Choose an available condominium unit.
Floor plans and pricing information are posted on the website at
www.pnhoffman.com for
properties currently selling.
Contact one of the Preferred Lenders and
obtain a pre-approval letter prior to your contract appointment.
Please note that the Seller requires a pre-approval letter from
one of the Preferred Lenders (although you may ultimately use the
lender of your choice to obtain the loan).
