We are proud to be recognized by the National Council for Public-Private Partnerships with the 2016 Project Innovation Award for The Darcy and The Flats. PN Hoffman and our joint venture partner, StonebridgeCarras, partnered with Montgomery County, MD officials to transform an underutilized surface parking lot in Bethesda into two residential buildings with a total of 250 units (25% at affordable levels), 40,000 of outstanding retail, a 940-space below-grade parking garage, and beautiful public spaces. The development activates this site in the heart of Bethesda and significantly increases the tax base in Montgomery County.
“The NCPPP National Public-Private Partnership Awards recognize those organizations and individuals going above and beyond to advance the concept and implementation of public-private partnerships across the country,” said NCPPP President Sandra Sullivan. “We are proud to recognize innovators and leaders whose work serves as exemplary partnership models.”
